Delete account

If you want to delete your Organizel account and associated data, use one of the methods below.

Option A — In-app (recommended)

If the app includes an in-app deletion option, use it in Settings.

Option B — Email request

1. Email support@organizel.com from the email address you used to sign in.
2. Use subject: Delete my Organizel account
3. Include: the email address on the account and (optionally) any details needed to identify your account.

What gets deleted

• Account record
• Captured notes/images you submitted
• Derived items (todos, info items, summaries) associated with your account

Timing

We aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically within 30 days).
